Alicia Hatch is the Chief Marketing Officer of Deloitte Digital, a creative digital consultancy within Deloitte. A digital marketing veteran, she has spent two decades pushing the boundaries in marketing for Fortune 500 brands. Alicia built a leading digital agency, Banyan Branch, which innovated on the use of social media data to power digital marketing. Deloitte acquired Banyan Branch in 2013. Before Banyan Branch, Alicia helped launch the first XBOX for Microsoft and led business development strategy for the billion-dollar Halo video game franchise. She led the transformation of the Halo franchise from a launch-driven success to an evergreen business through an innovative approach to a customer engagement-driven business model. When she's not transforming brands, Alicia enjoys skiing and eating her way through exotic countries.
